“Very Important Announcement” TO: the Kamado Family
Effective November 10th 2006, please place retail (mail) orders to www.kamadoking.s5.com or call 1-800-637-0399 Augie (516)635-5403 (cell) as all our inventory will be transferred to him. Our warehouse in Carson, CA will close (no pickup & no shipment from L.A.).
During the past 7 years, I feel I have faithfully fulfilled my resolve to be loyal to my clientele (including clients who brought back their Kamados from Japan 40-50 years ago). We have supported their every need, whether it be information, repair instruction, replacement parts, or new units. If I recall this applies to more than 1,500 families. And my satisfaction is that they all say that IMPERIAL KAMADO is the world’s best cooker/smoker because “Tasting is Believing”.
In fact, it was my great pleasure to meet, talk (phone) & correspond (email) with these customers, and to serve them with their replacement parts. I have helped to rejuvenate hundreds of venerated Kamados. So many emails of thanks as well as “before & after” photos were sent to me and I felt much inner satisfaction.
After 30 years in this Kamado business, I am more certain than ever that IMPERIAL KAMADO (the genuine one made by hand from earthenware) is a “FOREVER” product. It need no change, It will remain unchanged for generation to come.

Even though retail activities have been transferred to KAMADO KING (Augie), We are still active in production & export of Imperial Kamado throughout the world. As soon as we replenish supplies in California and/or in other states (retail), we will announce it immediately on our site. For the time being, our efforts are primarily whole sale!
